[It's snowing.

That's right, it's snowing. The ground is covered in a nice thick layer of snow. More importantly, there's a nice and neat series of tables with scarves, mittens, ear muffs, and sleds leaning against it. (A few of the tables even serve hot chocolate that inexplicably hasn't gone cold, for those who need to warm up.)

It's the perfect weather for snow activities since the snow isn't too heavy... You know, except for the occasional Cryogonal that falls from the sky. There seem to be quite a few of those.

But don't let that stop you from some of the classics- snow angels, sledding, snowball fights... Tis the season and all.]

[ Brendan's going to avoid commenting on the winter wear. Not because he think it looks cute or anything(!!), but because he's wearing little Torkoal-shaped mittens himself and thus has no room to talk.

And on a side note, he's definitely not shivering right now, okay? He's just. Enjoying the snow. Why is it so cold what does mother nature have against him-- ]

... We're not gonna have any left if you keep drinking it like that. [ Control urself May. ]

[Well, that makes her pause. May stares at her dwindling hot chocolate, pitifully still steaming despite the fact it's pretty much near the bottom her of cup. If there's none left, then she can't keep drinking it...

I just haven't had it in a while. Hoenn's so hot, so having hot chocolate would be kinda weird. [A mournful sip; it's definitely her last cup.

Anyway you know, her questionable drinking habits aren't important right now. Nope!!]

Did you notice the really big snowflakes? I'm pretty sure they're Pokémon, but I've never seen them before. [GET ON IT, PROFESSOR'S SON]

Makes sense; Ice Pokémon make up like, what, three percent of the Hoenn Pokédex? It's not the right environment for them.

... Y'know, it'd be cool if we could catch some, see what the Pokémon from colder regions are like. [ Cool, yes.

And it's here that he concludes that May's trying to distract him to draw attention from how she's pigging out. The nerve of her!! ]

Why's it gotta be so cold, anyway? [ He's not complaining though, nope. He can handle a little chill. ]

It's winter, of course it's cold. [Or at least she... thinks it's... winter?? It would make a lot of sense. It'd be weird for it to get all cold in the summer.] Can't handle a little chill, cool guy?

No? [ It's more like a 'No?!?!?', really. He's the coolest kid on the block, so a little cold means nothing to him!

Which is why he's just going to grab one of those Seviper scarves and throw it over his neck. It's cute as sin but he really doesn't care right now. ] It's just... something new, y'know?
