[Instead of wandering around and exploring the farthest reaches of the island, Silver... is wandering more out in the open. Accompanying him is his Weavile!
And some Sneasels.
...No, not just some Sneasels.
Many Sneasels. Dozens of them (and a few other Weavile!) Some of them are even hitching a ride on his shoulders or head.
Despite the abundant company, he looks casual and approachable enough. ...Or, you know. You could ask about the Sneasels. Maybe one will follow you home!
Maybe.]

Kidding, honest. But does he really want to know what's going on here?]

I'm glad that you guys are around, you know. It's something familiar. [He also seems more than a little distracted. Better make up your mind, pseudo!dad.]

Oh. Hi. Hi dad.]
They wanted to tag along for a while. [...] You're not gonna pick up more cigarettes, are you?
[Who's this guy
is he a friend?
can we go say hi?]

Can't get away with anything anymore, can I?

It feels sort of like that room back home, if he's going to be honest with himself. It's been forever, but it's a good sort of forever. Familiar. Warm from the inside - the sort of warmth that stays, even if it's entirely too cold outside for the way he's dressed.
He isn't alone in exploring the island, either, in seeing that everything really is as it was (as it should be); the friends he'd had here are still with him, and Galvantula is nearby but allowing him to wander as he will, and really, his friend is more aware of the...
Goodness, what is that.
In some ways it makes him happy to see it, to know there's someone here that can be so close to their friends that they can just do something like that (because is that a Sneasel on that person's head, if it is then that's wonderful), but something about it strikes him a bit strangely; it isn't until he's gotten a bit closer, his approach unannounced but abrupt and unshy, that he really seems able to focus in on the red hair and the facial features and -
Oh.
He draws up short; he's smiling, the expression placid but a little strange, a little blank. Not unhappy. Just odd.]
Hello.
[The word, too, is a bit odd; it's a bit hard to tell whom he's directing that toward. Silver. Weavile. Sneasel-on-head.]
It's good to see others spending time with their friends like this.
[All of them, maybe.]
no subject
That would get N's attention, wouldn't it?]
Nice to see you too. [Some of the Sneasel approach the sudden newcomer(s)! Hi mister, you've got nice hair, what's that thing on your neck, can I have your hat-] I grew up with Sneasel. They wanted to explore with us.
no subject
[ Thanks for the information, captain obvious! May has entered a staring contest with one (or four), but she is talking to Silver. ..Even if he doesn't get her whole attention. Whoever said she can't multitask is a lying liar. ]
Are all of them yours? This is amazing!
no subject
...It could be a double.
-But she asked a question. It's rude to just stare.]
Not exactly. They just decided to tag along for a while. [Just because. Plenty of them are eager to greet May, however. A couple of the braver ones aren't afraid to get right up and close and say hello.]
no subject
Huh. You must have a really weird smell to attract these many sneasels.
[ Offers a hand to pet the sneasels? Can I? ]
no subject
[He gestures to the Weavile closest to him who puffs his chest out in pride. Damn right. Partners with the best trainer ever.
The Sneasels consider it for a while and look back at Silver, his Weavile, and some of the older ones in their group before letting May pet them. Sure! She seems friendly enough.]
no subject
No way, sneasels evolved!?
[ May immediately stands up and circles around Silver to get a better look at Weavile, standing on her tiptoes. Luckily for Silver, she still keeps enough distance from him, so his personal space is safe. ]
That's so cool, how do they level up? I gotta train my sneasel too.
no subject
...You know what? Maybe he can help. He digs through his pockets before finally pulling out... a claw. A very sharp claw! He handles it delicately but makes sure to show it to her.]
This is a razor claw. Give this to your Sneasel and train with it at night. [Although he didn't expect her to have a Sneasel. Hoenn's pretty hot, isn't it? Then again, there's probably somewhere that isn't too bad...] Is your Sneasel with you? I bet they'd like the company.

WHAT
this warrants halting the intense training with his Weavile who's being assaulted by various super-effective attacks from his teammates - Stone Edge from Torterra, Fire Blast from Magmortar, Focus Blast from Ursaring... even Gyro Ball from his new little Ferroseed!]

Hi. [Does he always train like that?]

So laaaaate
Landing nearby, the huge red bird-like Pokémon crawls over to the group on its wings and talons, nosing around in the mass of smaller dark-types.
Possibly looking for food, or possibly just curious about what's going on. He only spares Silver a passing glance, however.]
it's cool c:
The Sneasel are full of mixed reactions; some are pretty friendly to the newcomer while others are wary and back away.]
Hi there. [He's not sure how else to get its attention, but. That's a start. He pulls out his Pokédex to see if it maybe gives him some sort of information, but- what is this thing?]
no subject
The tiny human creature is surrounded by tinier Pokémon. It thinks perhaps the tiny human creature has charmed them. What did the tiny human creature do to bewitch the Pokémon? Did the tiny human creature capture the Pokémon? It wants to know. Why are there so many?
['It' is also something of a rambler, apparently.]
no subject
They... They decided to follow me and my Weavile around. This one here's the only one I caught. [He uh. Puts a hand on his partner's head- his Weavile isn't openly defensive or hostile, but definitely very alert.] What exactly are you?
[Why can you talk?]
no subject
At least on the island, they can.]
It does not understand. Why would they follow the tiny human creature if the tiny human creature did not bribe them? It is called Yveltal.
