This one wanders up to the area through aimless walking, sucking on an oversized treat that he miiight have shared a few times with the pikachu on his shoulder. He's never been too keen on sweets, but really, who can resist oversized fabulous candy? Not Red.
The sight of the boat and the tunnel is intriguing once he's close enough, but then, so is the one of Green standing around which Red catches. The idea that he might be waiting for a ~special somebody~ doesn't cross his mind, and so hey, time to interrupt by walking up to him, raising onw hand up in greeting and extracting the lollipop from his mouth (that Pikachu is eyeing up) with the other.]
