Currently being pounded on by an older looking girl with a hammer and nail. Honestly, if she had something else on hand, she'd be using that, but she really doesn't. Comes with part of the building profession.

Stepping back, she puts her hands on her hips and spits the short nails she used into the tin the Machop by her side is holding. And reads out what she's put up!]

"Need to build something fast? Don't want to do work yourself? Write your request on the notepad below--"

Oh, shoot, that's what I forgot! [She groans slightly, but her Machop holds up a notepad helpfully.] You were hiding that, weren't you? Thanks.

[Jerk. Okay, hanging it up on another hammered in nail.]

Write it on the notepad below... And we'll have it built by the end of the week you requested, guaranteed. Ask for Bailey! That sounds good, right?

[Yup! Bailey grins and gives her hammer to her Machop, who puts it back into her bag. Alright, with that done, it's time to sit down for lunch and see if anyone actually comes by. She'll totally wave down people to try and get them to look at it, too, and maybe get in some jobs before sundown!

[Mostly because if she does, she'll never have a shot at taking over her dad's business. Can't afford to limit herself! She has to prove to him that one day she'll be able to take it on!]

Well, I could use a small case to keep my spare Pokéballs in. I always find myself accidentally spilling them from my bag sometimes. How much would that cost to make? Do you need any materials?

I can handle materials, and.... Actually, I haven't really thought about prices, so it's on the house.

A...are you sure? I mean, not that I'm complaining...but you're running a business, aren't you?

Ah! Wow, that's great. Do you make furniture or decorations?

I can build anything you ask me to! From furniture to entire houses, if you need it! So that won't be a problem at all.

[She's so excited she can hardly keep still, going over to take the notebook from its hanging spot and drawing little flowers on the rim.]

What do you need? Tell me it all! I promise we'll have it done by the end of the week.

Since she's stuck in this island until Arceus knows when, May figures she should get some secret base and decorate it anyway. Especially now that she has this new little pokemon! She thinks for a second before looking down on Torchic. What do you think, little buddy? ]

Um, I think for now I just need the basic furniture for secret base... Like cushions and mats. [ And flower/tree pots. Lots of pots. ...Wait. ]

You know how everyone got a choice for Pokémon here? Like that odd flower on your shoulder, maybe? Well, I chose Houndour and... He's not very scary. He's kind of a scaredy dog instead.

[She takes out his ball and cups it in her hands, frowning in frustration at it. It seems to be shaking!]

He's warmed up a small bit, but he's still totally and completely afraid of my Machop and Conkeldurr. Like, he won't even come out of his ball.

Oh...

[ Looks at Flabébé, who is just hopping idly on May's shoulder. She's still not sure if it's a flower pokémon or just a..weird..tiny thing holding a flower.
Then she turns to look at Bailey's pokéball. She ponders for a moment. It could be the Houndour has a rather shy nature, and being somewhere he doesn't know with someone he also doesn't know could be quite scary. ]

Houndour travels in pack and they can be found in rough terrains. They are a very loyal pokémon. ... Um, maybe you can bring them somewhere they find most comfortable and familiar with, like--like a grass field or rocky hills! When he comes out, you can try to feed him with berries. [ It lowers their stat though, May thought. But hey, what's important is for Houndour to feel comfortable first, right! ]

He might have a Timid or Careful nature, so it's best to bring him somewhere he's most familiar with, I think.

Wow, you Trainers really are knowledgeable! But, there's not a lot of berries in Unova, so I dunno what ones to give him... I'll totally bring him place he'll feel good in though! It might get him to at least open up a bit more to be, even if he'd still be scared by Machop!

[Since her Conkeldurr's pretty gentle natured, anyway.]

[ Scratches the back of her head and chuckles nervously at the compliment. That's... really the extent of her knowledge. Pokémon, only pokémon... Also, she missed out when Bailey said she's from Unova because the compliment's getting into her head. If only she'd noticed... Good job May. ]

Well! [ Rummages through her bag and takes out one shiny red berry. ]

I only have a pomeg berry, there are also um- kelpsy, tamato... And others! [ just tell her you forgot, May. Also, the pomeg is offered to Bailey and you're free to take it, even if she forgot to say it. ]

[She will take it! And nod her thanks!]

His species is from Kanto, but I can swear to you he's Unova born and raised. Are you from that faraway place? Kanto.

Oh...That's a shame. I was hoping to find someone else from Kanto around here. { Haha rubbing at the back of his head, well this is embarrassing.}

He seems pretty strong alright, must come in pretty handy for, whatever it is you do.

I build! We build! Anything and everything! Well, it's my papa's business, but since I can't seem to find him, I thought I'd try to be of some use and offer to, well, build things for people. I need to improve myself [And prove herself.] if I'm gonna like, take it over and all.

[She gestures to the bulletin board and its new additions, hammered on nicely.]

That's pretty impressive, I've never met a girl who was good at building things. { Red will look over the Bulletin Board as a hand would reach to scratch at the back of his head.}

...Though I don't really need anything built. So, I guess I'm not too much help.
