[An island! This is most certainly not where everyone was just a few moments ago. ...Alright, maybe some of you were on an island. Don't get cheeky.

At everyone's feet is a small note. It gives no description of their location or explanation, of course; it only says one simple thing.

Please choose one.

The note comes along with three Pokéballs with different "starter" Pokémon in them- the three Pokémon can be anything, from a Froakie, Charmander, and Treecko to a Rattata, Patrat, and Bidoof if you're particularly unlucky- and everything in between. If it's not a legendary Pokémon, it's fair game.

Of course, you can only pick one! Trying to go for a second will leave you thinking that you better not get too greedy. If you're one of those types that wouldn't care either way, the other two Pokéballs will simply disappear.

Now go forth, and into a world of Pokémon!]

Is it? But...

[ The fact that she is SO sure she's met Red before... And knows him well too, makes her even more uncomfortable. May turns to sigh at Pikachu and turns back to Red. ]

Um, is he yours? [ Pets Pikachu again. ]

{ How could you mistake this face? Pikachu is a bit sad you don't seem to recall him, though that fades away with the pets. Giving your cheek a soft poke with his tail}

Ah....Yeah, sorry. He's not bothering you is he?

[torchick]

Oh no, he doesn't! It's just...

[ So many memories that she doesn't even know existed are trying to crawl back, yet she still can't quite place it. May shakes her head to let herself distracted and looks at the pokéball Red has. ]

They're yours too?

[championfire]

Ah not all of them. I think your suppose to choose one. { alright and nabbing the last Pokeball. Let's go with Pumpkaboo! Red will let out the small ghost, as the other two Pokeballs vanish.

[torchick]

Ooooh.

[ Aaand stares at the Pumpkaboo in admiration. What is this, this is so great, dad would be pleased. ]

[championfire]

{ Red will reach out and pet the small Pumpkin, his head tilting to the side a bit as he watched it carefully.} Didn't you find one to choose yet?

[torchick]

Oh! Right, yes.

[ And takes out three small pokéballs from her bag. She had almost forgotten. She fiddles with them before crouching, putting them on the ground. ]

I don't know... I can choose one? Just like that?

[ Inside is a Pancham, Espurr and a Flabébé. They're all new! And so precious.. May wants to take all of them and show them to her dad and Brendan. ]

I'm pretty sure it's just one. { Pikachu will jump ship, moving to look at the Pokeballs.}

But then again I wouldn't want to take more then one, what if someone else didn't get one then?

[torchick]

[ That thought makes May feel bad about her selfish desire...! She takes a moment before putting two of the pokeballs on the ground, and releases the one on her hand-!!

Flabébé. ]

... A new pokémon. A new flower pokémon! [ Best ever. ]

{ Not selfish to want to try and show off.}

It's really beautiful. I wonder...

[ Looks up to Red. ]

Um, do you know? The name of these pokémon?

...Sorry, I can't say I'm too familiar with them. Though this really Giant guy said they were from the Kalos Region.

[torchick]

[ Flabébé hops closer to May and generally just looks around her new surrounding. Its petals are red and it's just.. so tiny. ]

Kalos region? Ah, I think I've heard dad mentioned it. These pokémon are from Kalos?

[championfire]

I think so. His name was...AZ? It was something weird like that. He knew a lot about these three, so he might know about your flower.

[torchick]

[ Hmm.. Petting the Flabébé softly while contemplating to go search for this person... Wait. ]

Ah! I'm so sorry, I haven't introduced myself! [ Stands up and extends her arm to Red. ]

I'm May! Of Littleroot town!

[championfire]

So, it is you. { He'll take the offered hand, and shake it anyway.}

It's hard to be sure with so many new faces showing up.

[torchick]

[ May tilts her head in confusion! ]

... We really have met before, haven't we?

[championfire]

Yeah. You, me, and Brendan are all friends don't you remember?

[torchick]

No, I... [ Takes a step back and holds her hands on her chest. ]

I know I've met you before, i-it sounds weird but I just know. This place... It also looks familiar, but I... [ Then adds: ]

I'm sorry, but what's your name?

Maybe, you've been gone too long and forgot...{ Oh well have a smile anyway.}

[torchick]

[ How long is too long!? She is only 13, and she remembers well what happened even if it was like 5 years ago.. Not to mention this guy also mentions Brendan, whom she just met 2-3 years ago.. ]

[ and in that moment!! The one who decides to get out of his pokeball is--!! ]

[ Torchic! May just frowns at her pokémon for doing this for the HUNDREDTH TIME you little thing you. Torchic, however, seems to recall Red and Pikachu, and waves at them with his tiny wings. Sigh. ]

... Say hi to your new friends, Torchic. Red, Pikachu, and um, little flower, this is my Torchic.

[ New friends? What are you talking about, May! ]

Same to you. { You can have two wave's back Torchic. One from Red, and the other from Pikachu.}

So, you still have him too.

[ Torchic, then, will inspect this new addition to May's team. What..are...you.. Is the flower also part of the body? This is confusing.

May scratches her head while looking at the distance longingly, still feeling bad about all of this. She was about to say sorry again to Red when she remembers; ]

So... So you know where we are?

I haven't really looked around yet, but I'm assuming it's the same island from before.
