At everyone's feet is a small note. It gives no description of their location or explanation, of course; it only says one simple thing.

The note comes along with three Pokéballs with different "starter" Pokémon in them- the three Pokémon can be anything, from a Froakie, Charmander, and Treecko to a Rattata, Patrat, and Bidoof if you're particularly unlucky- and everything in between. If it's not a legendary Pokémon, it's fair game.

Of course, you can only pick one! Trying to go for a second will leave you thinking that you better not get too greedy. If you're one of those types that wouldn't care either way, the other two Pokéballs will simply disappear.

Yeah, that's cute! A cool-looking feline and their ghostly companion. Floating sword? So cool. Lyra will so follow them to see where they're going, because it seems like they're on a mission, even thought Sprouty her Meganium is Not Liking This At All.

[Mewtwo is content to ignore the second presence at first - it's weak, and unlikely to pose a threat. But when it doesn't stop following him, he needs to figure out what to do about it.

As he comes to a stop, tail flicking, Honedge zooms off suddenly to be helpful. It ducks through the foliage to appear suddenly beside Lyra with a loud, accusing thrumming noise, single eye squinting in suspicion. Some ways away, Mewtwo turns slightly towards the commotion, watching warily.]

[She gives a startled shriek and Sprouty steps in to defend, but when it's obvious it's observing them Lyra climbs into the Meganium's back to have a nice place to sit. Glancing over at Mewtwo too.]

Wow, you're even cooler up close. What're you and your buddy up to? I was kind of interested in seeing where you two were going since I don't have much to do myself. [She's honestly is really friendly, though Sprouty's still wary of the Honedge and doesn't let his guard down.]
